2、 The self-aligning ball bearing has double row steel balls and an inner ball surface on the outer ring raceway, so it can adjust the misalignment of the shaft caused by the deflection or non concentricity of the shaft or shell. The tapered hole bearing can be easily installed on the shaft according to the use of fasteners, mainly to withstand radial loads.

3、 Spherical roller bearings of this type are equipped with spherical rollers between the outer ring of the spherical raceway and the inner ring of the double raceway. According to the differences in internal structure, they are divided into four types: R, RH, RHA, and SR. Because the center point of the arc of the outer raceway is the same as the center point of the bearing, it has the characteristic of centering. Therefore, it can automatically adjust the axis misalignment caused by the deflection or differential center of the shaft or shell, and can bear radial loads and bidirectional axial loads.

4、 In thrust self-aligning roller bearings, the spherical rollers are arranged in an inclined manner. Due to the spherical raceway surface of the seat ring, which has self-aligning performance, the shaft can be allowed to tilt several times. The axial load capacity is very large, and it can also bear several radial loads while bearing axial loads. Oil lubrication is usually used when in use.
Application areas: Hydraulic generators, vertical motors, propeller shafts for ships, reducers for rolling screws in steel mills, tower cranes, coal mills, extruders, and forming machines.
5、 The tapered roller bearing is equipped with a circular cone shaped roller, which is guided by the large edge of the inner ring, and is designed to cause the vertices of the inner ring raceway surface, outer ring raceway surface, and roller rolling surface to intersect at a point on the centerline of the bearing. Single row bearings can bear radial and unidirectional axial loads, while double row bearings can bear radial and bidirectional axial loads, mainly used to bear heavy loads and impact loads.

6、 Structurally speaking, each ring of a deep groove ball bearing has a continuous groove raceway with a cross-sectional area approximately one-third of the equatorial circumference of the ball. Deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to withstand radial loads and can also withstand certain axial loads. When the radial clearance of the bearing increases, it has the properties of an angular contact ball bearing and can withstand axial loads that alternate in two directions. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size, this type of bearing has a smaller friction coefficient, higher limit speed, and higher accuracy, making it the preferred bearing type for users when selecting.

7、 The thrust ball bearing consists of a washer shaped raceway ring with a raceway and a ball and cage assembly. The raceway ring that fits with the shaft is called the shaft ring, and the raceway ring that fits with the shell is called the seat ring. The bi-directional bearing matches the middle ring with the secret shaft, and can withstand unidirectional axial loads. The bi-directional bearing can withstand bidirectional axial loads (neither can withstand radial loads).
Application areas: Automotive steering pins, machine tool spindles.
8、 Thrust roller bearings are used as shafts primarily to withstand axial loads, with combined loads in the longitudinal direction, but the longitudinal load cannot exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this type of bearing has a lower friction coefficient, higher rotational speed, and has the ability to adjust the center of gravity. The rollers of the 29000 type bearing are asymmetric spherical rollers, which can reduce the relative sliding of the stick and raceway during operation. Moreover, the rollers are long and large in diameter, with a large number of rollers and large load capacity. Generally, oil lubrication is used, and grease lubrication can be used in some low-speed situations.

9、 Cylindrical roller bearing The rollers of a cylindrical roller bearing are usually guided by two retaining edges of a bearing ring, and the cage roller and guide ring form a combination that can separate from the other bearing ring, making it a separable bearing. This type of bearing is easy to install and disassemble, especially when it requires interference fit between the inner and outer rings, shaft, and housing, which shows its advantages. This type of bearing is usually only used to withstand radial loads, and only single row bearings with inner and outer rings and retaining edges can withstand small steady-state axial loads or large intermittent axial loads.
Application areas: large motors, machine tool spindles, axle boxes, diesel engine crankshafts, automobiles, and gearboxes for bearing bearings.
10、 Four point contact ball bearings can bear radial and bi-directional axial loads. A single bearing can replace the front or back combination of angular contact ball bearings, which is more suitable for bearing pure axial loads or composite loads with relatively large axial load components. This type of bearing can produce one of the contact angles when bearing axial loads in any direction, so the ring and ball are always in contact with the two sides and three cutting points on any contact line.
Application areas: Aircraft jet engines, gas turbines.
11、 The thrust cylindrical roller bearing consists of a washer shaped raceway ring (shaft ring, seat ring) and cylindrical roller and cage components. The cylindrical rollers are produced and processed with convex surfaces, so the pressure distribution between the rollers and the raceway surface is uniform, which can bear unidirectional axial loads. The axial load capacity is large, and the axial rigidity is also strong.
Application areas: oil drilling rigs, iron and steel making machinery.
12、 The thrust needle roller bearing separation type bearing is composed of a raceway ring, a needle roller, and a cage component, and can be combined with a thin raceway ring processed by stamping or a thick raceway ring processed by cutting. Non separable bearings are integral bearings composed of precision stamped raceways, needle rollers, and cage components, capable of bearing unidirectional axial loads. These types of bearings occupy small space and are beneficial for compact mechanical design. Most only use needle rollers and cage components, while the assembly surface of the shaft and housing is used as the raceway surface. Application areas: Variable speed devices for automobiles, cultivators, machine tools, etc.
13、 Thrust tapered roller bearings are equipped with circular cone shaped rollers (with a spherical end), which are accurately guided by the raceway (shaft ring, seat ring) edges. They are designed so that the vertices of the tapered surfaces of the shaft ring, seat ring raceway surface, and roller rolling surface intersect at a point on the centerline of the bearing. Unidirectional bearings can bear unidirectional axial loads, while bidirectional bearings can bear bidirectional axial loads. Unidirectional application areas: crane hooks, oil drilling rig swivel rings. Double direction: Roll neck of steel rolling mill. 14、 Outer spherical ball bearing with seat consists of outer spherical ball bearings with seals on both sides and cast (or steel plate stamped) bearing seats. The internal structure of the outer spherical ball bearing is the same as that of the deep groove ball bearing, but the inner ring of this type of bearing is wider than the outer ring, and the outer ring has a truncated spherical outer surface, which can automatically adjust the center when matched with the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat.
